anybody know anything about front drivers side electric window going very slow up&down on 420sdi,,another trip to the srappers ? also will any fit ie- 200/25/45/600

Have you tried cleaning and lubing up the window runners?

Had this on my freelander 1999, replaced the whole regulator kit. You can get repair kits (wires and pulleys) but you will have to take the old unit out anyway, so get a full new unit and just swap them over.
